Principle Guidelines for Euro Conversion

The following guidelines were furnished to us by Dugald Eadie, managing director of Henderson Investors.  Mr. Eadie chairs the Permanent Commission on Performance Measurement of EFFAS (the European Federation of Financial Analysts' Societies) that developed these guidelines.
