The Spaulding Group Promotes
Douglas Spaulding to Senior Vice President

Somerset, NJ – July 19, 2017. David Spaulding, CEO and Founder of The Spaulding Group (TSG), announced today the promotion of Douglas Spaulding to the position of Senior Vice President.

“Douglas has continued to grow and contribute to the firm over the past 14 years, just as The Spaulding Group has grown and contributed to our industry for the past 27 years. He’s done a great job as Editor of The Journal of Performance Measurement® and has now stepped into other business areas. I am very proud to have Douglas part of the core team that will take TSG into the future,” said David Spaulding, DPS, CIPM.

Douglas has been with TSG since 2003, where he serves as the Editor of The Journal of Performance Measurement. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts and English from Centenary College in 2003. In January 2013, Douglas received his MFA in creative writing from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Along with The Journal, Doug is responsible for the production of The Spaulding Series as well as other publications.
