Susan is Vice President - Administration. She has been with the company since 2000. Prior to joining The Spaulding Group, Inc. Susan was employed by HIP Health Plan of New Jersey for thirteen years where she was manager of the customer service department. Susan oversees the office operations and administrative functions. She is responsible for maintaining the records for all TSG's Journal subscribers. Susan provides support for the training programs, consulting, publishing and Performance Measurement Forum.
