Patrick is Senior Vice President - Operations and has been with the company since 1998. He received his Bachelors Degree in Communication from Cook College, Rutgers University. Patrick oversees the firm's research efforts, training programs, conferences and the Performance Measurement Forum, as well as other operational areas.
