Krista joined The Spaulding Group in May 2010. Mrs. Zippo is responsible for general administration as well as training and conference production.  Krista is also responsible for maintaining the subscription base of The Journal of Performance Measurement. She received her Associates Degree from Charter Oak State College in Business.
