Neil Riddles is Chief Risk Officer and Director of Quantitative Analysis at Hansberger Global Investors, Inc. He is responsible for the overall risk management function of the firm including the development and execution of policies and procedures to mitigate various types of business specific risks. Mr. Riddles also oversees the performance measurement function. Previously, he was Senior Vice President - Director of Performance Analysis at Templeton Global Investors, Inc. Prior to joining Templeton, Mr. Riddles was an Associate Consultant with Rogers, Casey & Associates, Inc. specializing in the application of equity risk models, construction of customized benchmarks, and enhanced portfolio reporting.
Mr. Riddles has been very active in the committees governing the AIMR PPS and GIPS standards and currently serves as chairman of the GIPS Council. Mr. Riddles is on the advisory board of the Journal of Performance Measurement, the CIPM Advisory Council, is an author and frequent speaker on performance measurement related topics.
