Jessica is a Production Assistant with The Spaulding Group and has been with the company since May 2010. Ms. Laffey has an associate's degree in Criminal Justice and is completing her bachelor's degree at Caldwell College. Jessica assists in the production of The Journal of Performance Measurement as well as The Spaulding Series of books and reference materials produced by TSG Publishing.
